1. User Responsibilities

By using CHOICE you agree to provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and respect other users and sellers. You are responsible for the activity that takes place under your account.

2. Account Usage Rules

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have guardian consent to create an account.
  • You agree not to share your password or transfer your account to anyone else.
  • You agree not to misuse the platform — including fraud, scraping, or any attempt to disrupt service.

3. Marketplace Terms

CHOICE is a marketplace that connects independent sellers with buyers. CHOICE facilitates the transaction but the contract of sale is between the buyer and the seller. CHOICE may mediate disputes per its policies.

4. Seller Responsibilities

  • Sellers must list accurate product information, prices and stock.
  • Sellers must ship orders on time and honour returns per CHOICE policy.
  • Sellers must not list prohibited, counterfeit or illegal items.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

  • Buyers must provide correct delivery and payment details.
  • Buyers should inspect items on delivery and raise issues within the allowed return window.
  • Repeated order refusals or fraudulent behaviour may lead to account suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, content and software on CHOICE are owned by CHOICE or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

CHOICE is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHOICE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Account Suspension Policy

CHOICE may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or harm other users. Where possible, we will notify you and provide a path to appeal.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
